Free wellbeing service for employees and their families, Connected Care offers support for medical, mental health, fitness and nutrition.

EAPs provide free, confidential counseling and support services to employees and their families. These programs typically cover areas like mental health, stress, substance abuse, financial concerns, family issues, and legal advice.

Health Insurance
For Permanent Employees, upon reaching six months’ service, you will receive an email from Southern Cross with a link to complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to HR@Brosnan.co.nz

Professional Development
Study Support
Brosnan supports your learning journey through course fee reimbursement. We’ll cover 50% of course fees, reimbursed after successful completion. Please note, this doesn’t include materials, books, or admin fees.
How to apply:
  1. Speak with your manager to ensure their support.
  2. Go to myToolkit > Documents > Catalogue > Tertiary Study Request
  3. Select Assign Form > Assign to Me
  4. Complete and submit the form to HR, who will manage the request.
Professional Membership
Brosnan encourages employees to maintain career-related professional memberships and will fund one professional membership annually. A fixed amount per employee has been set aside in support of this initiative.
How to apply:
  1. Speak with your manager to ensure their support.
  2. Go to myToolkit > Documents > Catalogue > Professional Membership Application
  3. Select Assign Form > Assign to Me
  4. Complete and submit the form to HR, who will manage the request.
Technology Support
Spotify Premium
Available to all employees with a work mobile plan is free Spotify Premium. This perk gives you access to millions of songs, podcasts, and audiobooks for an enhanced entertainment experience.
Please reach out to Spark by emailing hubaucklandnorth@spark.co.nz. Include your work mobile number and request an activation text to be sent to you. You will then need to follow the prompts given to you.
